  I HAVE KNOWN OF THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS NEVER USED THEM BEFORE. I SENT FLOWERS FROM OUR FAMILY AND HAD ALL INFORMATION THAT IDENTIFIED WHO SENT THE.FOR THE DECEASED FAMILY MEMBER AND FAMILY THAT USED THERE FUNERAL SERVICES. I ATTENDED BOTH PROGRAMS THE WAKE AND THE FUNERAL I HAD SENT FLOWERS TO THE JB FUNERAL HOME FOR THE DECEASED, ON 6/29/16 THE FUNERAL WAS WAKE WAS ON 7/1/16 THE FLOWERS ARRIVED AT JB RHODES FUNERAL HOME ON 7/1/16 SIGNED BY THERE EMPLOYEE. MY FAMILY AS WELL AS MYSELF WAS PRESENT AT BOTH SERVICES SO WE HAD FIRST HAND TO SEE THE FLOWERS ORDERED SO WE COULD NOT FIND THEM ANY WHERE I ASKED OTHERS TO HELP ME LOOK NO ONE COULD FIND THEM AT THE AWAKE OR FUNERAL I LOOKED AT THE CARDS ON THE ONLY 2 SPRAYS THAT WHERE THERE THE CARDS WHERE NOT STATING THEY WHERE OUR FLOWERS WE SENT HAD OTHER PEOPLE ON IT NOT OURS.NO FLOWERS AT ALL IN THE CHURCH OR AT THE BURIAL SITE.ON JULY 4TH LEFT MESSAGE AT THE FLORIST THAT HAD THEM SENT FOR ME RETURNED MY CALL THE NEXT DAY TO ASSURE ME THAT THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED TO THE RIGHT FUNERAL HOME AND WAS SIGNED BY THERE WORKER. I RECEIVED 3 PICTURES FROM THE FUNERAL HOME AND A RELATIVE THAT TOOK A PICTURE AT THE GRAVE SITE THE NEXT DAY. STILL NO SITE OF THE FLOWER SENT I REACHED OUT TO THE OWNER OF THE FUNERAL HOME THEY WHERE VERY EVASIVE TO MY QUESTIONS REFUSED TO TELL ME ANYTHING OR HELP ME SAID THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLITY TO THIS APPARENT ERROR ON THERE PART WHICH IS TRULY SAD BECAUSE WE AS POTENTIAL CUSTOMER WAS TREATED SO RUDELY BUT STILL UP UNTIL TODAY REFUSE TO ASSIST IN THERE ERROR NOT A PLACE I WILL EVER REFER

  Mr. Rhodes and his staff were there for my family from the initial phone call that my Aunt had passed until the day my Aunt Queen was laid to rest. Mr.Rhodes and his staff were VERY professional. If we had questions or concerns they were there to assist us. In addition to how well Mr. Rhodes treated my family during the arrangement process, my Aunts Home Going was absolutely beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend J. B. Rhodes Funeral Home to any family in need.

  It really hurt to lose my mother, but I am thankful I chose the right funeral home for her homegoing. Rhodes did a great job.
